Producing hot rolled steel coil starts with heating steel slabs at high temperature. Next, the slabs are processed in rolling mills until they reach a predetermined thickness. As a result, our hot rolled steel coil delivers flexibility and strength that are ideal for applications like heavy machinery and metal building components. Cold rolled steel is made from hot rolled steel that has been pickled, rolled on a tandem mill, and annealed to provide improved surface finish and tight thickness tolerance. Applications requiring precision and excellent surface condition often utilize cold rolled. We supply cold rolled coil in several grades, ranging from extra deep drawing steel to advanced high-strength steel.

Coated steel is versatile, durable, and more resistant to the elements. We offer coated steel coil in many types and grades. Hot-dipped galvanized (HDGA) is hot rolled steel which gets cleaned and dipped in molten zinc giving it a protective coating. The thickness of the zinc coating affects the amount of corrosion resistance. We offer other coated products including galvannealed, electro galv, & more.
